You can't say that the Greys or any of the enemy extra-terrestrials like the enemy Nordics or the Reptilians aren't here physically, because there's a lot of evidence that points to the fact that they are. The majority of them reside on other planets, but a small minority of them are here on planet Earth, and for what reasons I don't know...
