1. Sometimes I get hung up on the fact that I'm not astrally open yet and yearn to be but then I come on here and Father has already communicated to me through the e-group about whatever I may be concerned about. I get answers to questions I haven't even asked yet. My concerns are alleviated. It could be just a simple sentence or two words and I just know it's Father talking to me.
2. This morning while doing kundalini yoga I think I had an epiphany. I've had years long tightness in my upper back and neck and also my lower back. I've always been somewhat stiff. Could it possibly be from the pent up anger and depression I've had over the years manifesting in the physical? Hmmm....
3. Upon waking first thought: Father Satan. Second thought: Meditation. Third thought: Mantra for the day: NO LAZINESS, NO PROCRASTINATION, NO EXCUSES!!
4. I'm beginning to think DOUBT is of the enemy. Of course, they want me to doubt. It makes for good prey. Note to self: work on abolishing doubt.
5. Watching Ancient Aliens last night was interesting. They're starting to think the ancient "myths" are true. They think man has an innate desire to become god. Um, duh! They're starting to wonder if man could have come from ancient aliens. It was all I could do to not yell at the TV: HELLO????? Can't wait to see what next week's episode is about.
Still disappointed after coming to the full realization who is pulling the puppet strings behind my two beloved TV channels: History and NatGeo. Love affair has dissolved into crushing disappointment. On the other hand, with knowledge I can throw out the bullshit and take the good.
HAIL SATAN!
