 I have a high metabolism, which means I don't put weight on easily. I am looking for a type of meditation that can help to slow down my metabolism.

Oh hehe, look at that coincidence. I was looking through the squares yesterday and noticed that one of the magickal rulerships for Jupiter is weight gain. I thought it was a bit weird but I guess that's what it means. But I'm quite certain there are more ways to do it. By for example using a specific rune while breathing in energy and stating an affirmation ("I am gaining weight in a healthy manner" or something along those lines).
