I want to actually start making myself useful in the war by doing RTRs but I don't fully understand how to raise my energies as described in the JoS website... can someone explain this in the simplest way possible?

You raise your energies by chanting some mantras (I.E SATANAS) or by meditating in general.

Let's say your body is working on electricity, and to get electricity, you need to ride a bicycle that generates power, so you ride that bicycle to get electricity to your body (Bicycle = mantras / meditating)

So either you chant those specific mantras, or you can do RTRs after meditating.

P.S make sure to clean your aura + build an aura of protection DAILY!

Important Information on How to Perform the Reverse Torah Rituals

3. After you have raised your energies and recited the Invocation to Satan, then you proceed to the important part of vibrating the words of power given for each ritual 9 times. The entire paragraph should be vibrated in its entirety for each time. Please listen to the audio recording specific to the ritual provided on an Mp3 for you to download, to make sure you are reciting the words of power properly.

4. When you are finished vibrating the words of power, then you recite the affirmation given with intent and focus.

5. When you are finished with this, the ritual is done.

the raum meditation is good, you  can vibrate satanas, and breath in the power, you can do a merkaba meditation to build up some bright gold energy.
you can do chakra breathing,you can breathe energy in from your chakra extensions into your main chakras, a single serpent meditation is good and quick.


it is very nice of you to want to help with rtrs, even though you havent even gotten the chance to carefully read the jos website,

just do any meditation to raise your witch power, just make sure that you are taking care of yourself too OK, you have to be doing meditations so that you can grow in power.

start opening your chakras, do void meditation, and focus on doing your aura of protection, and make sure you do yoga every day too, 
you have to do this all everyday and you will soon be able to start feeling your soul, and your energy o that way YOU will know when your energy is being raised.
