quick help:)

I have hard time meditating or visualizing father satan :\ I dont feel him much.! maybe i need a vacation ?
and I m having certain crazy disturbances,that i cant ignore..

Look at His picture on the JoS site, in the section about Him. You could also concentrate on His sigil and meditate on that.
