I have never been to court, nor do i plan to do anything to end up there, but i am curious. Do NON-Xians still have to swear upon the Bible the whole "i swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help me g-d"

I don't know about everyone else but I'm sure that they're allowed to swear on somehting else and I think that they would be made to as you're supposed to swear to whatever your god is that you're telling the truth. I know (in Canadian courts) Native are allowed to swear on and hold an eagle feather.
