Questions about the Bioelectric

Hello brothers and sister,

i have there a littel question about the bioelectric.
I have meditated yesterday on my crown chakra. Brething energy through my 3rd eye into my crown chakra. After 10 minutes i feel on my tongue and my lips a kind of electric. Was this the bioelectric? When yes how can i incrase this bioelectric?
