Questions about returning curses

Hi!
Are part 1 and part 2 attached. Should i always do part 1 then 2.
Or part 1 is done once, then i do part 2 daily?

And how can i make sure i am not sending back curses to loved ones or friends that may have cursed me. Especially that i read in forum even radiating anger at someone can be cursing.

Also, some of my loved ones are literally against Gods, or/and against Zevism. And i do not want them to be hurt . Because this part of returning curses is hinting at them :[amplified to the senders who have attacked us for doing your work. ]

Is there a way to exclude them from returning curses? And instead just purify myself.

As for asking a Daemon for help. Can all Daemons help in that? Is it ok if its lesser Demon?

"Friends" that may have cursed you is a bit of and oxymoron.. do you have family members that curse you?
to my knowledge the retribution is proportionate to the offense, returning curses won't make your granny die of an heart attack just because she "prayed" for you before sleep, for example. Everybody gets pretty much what they asked for.

Je pense qu’il serait très utile d’ajouter sur le site de ToZ un audio contenant la prononciation correcte des noms des Dieux. Cela aiderait beaucoup les membres, en particulier les nouveaux.

Aussi, une page dans la section « Rituels » de ToZ regroupant les conseils essentiels pour bien pratiquer serait bénéfique. Beaucoup de membres ne sont pas présents sur Vultus et n’ont donc pas accès à certaines informations importantes.

Une autre possibilité serait de laisser ce contenu exclusivement sur Vultus, afin qu’il reste un espace plus avancé pour les membres engagés.

Concernant le problème des trolls, masquer le bouton d’inscription peut limiter les abus, mais cela empêche aussi des membres sérieux de rejoindre la plateforme. Peut-être qu’un système d’accès progressif pourrait être envisagé, par exemple permettre l’inscription après une certaine participation sur le forum. Cela encouragerait l’engagement tout en ajoutant une couche de sécurité.

Additionally, if suggestions are welcome, I would like to share a few ideas:

I think it would be very helpful to add audio on the ToZ website with the correct pronunciation of the names of the Gods. This would especially benefit newer members.

Also, a dedicated page in the “Rituals” section of ToZ that gathers essential guidance on how to perform rituals properly would be valuable. Many members are not on Vultus and therefore may miss important information that is only available there.

Another option could be to keep this content exclusive to Vultus, so it remains a more advanced space for committed members.

Regarding trolls, hiding the registration button may help reduce abuse, but it also prevents genuine members from joining the platform. Perhaps a gradual access system could be considered for example, allowing registration after a certain level of participation on the forum. This could encourage engagement while also adding a layer of security.

Intent matters, and asking your Guardian for help will help avoid potential issues, until the point you are advanced enough to literally feel the dross energy going where it should be going.
