Questions About Power Meditation

Do the opening of the chakra meditations,work.i know bio electricity and energy exists in general.i have alot of this energy but its not "good" energy.my whole body feels like its getting shocked by electricity.literally and the energy feels explosive at times.and i can see like aura of crystals around me.
its complicated how it happened.well it happened around when i met someone associated with the vatican.hes a "magician".
have people been enlightened from this energy like higher states of awareness/consciousness.this energy in me has lowered my awareness and put me further in a state of nothingness..
another question i have, is, can anyone here, communicate telepathically.like even from a distance. i know the magician i met can communicate telepathically.

also what i heard, is that the reason humans,are in the dark,meaning unenlightened is because their "souls" have been crucified.

You don't get this energy from someone, but it exists inside you and you amplify it with power meditation and yoga. Maybe you're talking about something else. Increasing your bioelectricity is very powerrful and even thoughts manifest in reality if you have a higher level of it. It's parallel to how muscle gain improves your strength, your spiritual strength has to do with the amount and the level of bioelectricity/chi you have. Just like the blood is the basis of the life of your body, the chi has to do with the life and power of your soul. People with lower levers of chi can get depressed and have bad luck happen, I've noticed since I've been doing kundalini yoga and increasing my bioelectricity I rarely get depressed or diseased or have any serious problems.

To illustrate my point, it's exactly like asking in a bodybuilding forum:

"Hey guys, I know about muscle gain. I have this lump in my arm but it's not good, it feels very painful. I got it when some guy punched me hard. Is anyone who has this more powerful? Because it made me so weak I can't even lift my arm".

Obviously you shouldn't post that in a bodybuilding forum unless you want to make them laugh or troll them.
