Questions about chakras

After the chakras are opened, are they supposed to be kept continuously spinning? I've read on a different website that there are 21 chakras above the head. How many chakras are there in total?

<td val[/IMG]It depends on which you are talking about.There are seven main and with the extentions there are many more.then if you add the hands and feet there are even more.Don't forget the anology of the 144000 which are the energy points also if I have that right.So there are many more then just the seven major ones.But remember all this info is on the JoS site.

There are not 21 chakras above the head, there are four. This link gives all the information on chakras and how many there are, etc. The gold chakra is explain briefly at length in the second link. The silver chakra, I believe, has to do with psychic energy.
