I would assume it relates to spirituality or occult things, otherwise I have no idea why you shared it here.
You may be thinking of Lemurian, the inhabitants of the society of Mu.
Most of what is said about Mu, Atlantis, Shambala and whatever other mystical civilizations is exaggerated, inaccurate and conspiracy nonsense.
Humanity did exist in cycles, and we aren't the first cycle. Life exists on other worlds, and life from other worlds seeded life here. Human civilization goes back further than mainstream scholarly consensus would want to admit.
Whatever goes beyond what I said above is likely a guess and inaccurate. Anything more than what I said above is not really worth speculating about, because it doesn't matter in terms of the here and now, and your own advancement.
