Let me begin with a short excerpt:

“They even talk about the problem of the “mixed multitude of moses,” the souls of a mixture of gentile and Yehubor that cause all the problems in their race. This might be conjecture on the Yehuborim part, but it shows they do acknowledge they are a soul unto their own race and that mixing with the gentiles is disastrous to them.”

Now to my limited understanding of soul structures, once a mixed race is born, its soul is unique to the mixture of those two parent races.

If this is the case, how on earth could they hold back the progression of the Yehuborim and their torah? Notice how the writer wrote that it “might be conjecture on the Yehuborim part,” but is there truth to this and, if so, could someone explain how this works? It’s confusing, how could an unaware race mixed Yehubor possibly hold back the Yehuborim if he doesn’t even know of a spiritual side of reality?

It is not just a matter of consciousness/awareness. The mind is divided into two parts, conscious or unconscious. The second part is the part that controls all situations and pre-dominates.

This is why Yehuborim cannot have good intentions with Gentiles, because they are built to be against us. Some Yehuborim are not aware of this, but the result will inevitably be this.

One way to recognize a Yehubor in disguise is to observe him. You will notice that he will follow their patterns in one way or another, “automatically.”

Their conception is based on this. The collective consciousness(The one) Yehubor heading in one direction will be thwarted by those whose race is mixed with gentiles. Because the other half breaks this “unity” because the parties will act in opposite ways, creating confilict.

Yehuborim of other rank are aware of this and are very careful about these laws. So they do not mix. This system is actually applied in the opposite way to destroy the “one” Gentile through mixing. it is known that many Yehuborim infiltrate and create families with “prominent” and “powerful” Gentile people to weaken and take control.

From personal experience, as I have dealt with Yehuborim:

If you pass by a rabbi you will notice that he is much more revolting than someone who has a Yehuborim great-grandfather. But they both have the same Yehuborim soul and act 100% like every Yehuborim. The question of racial percentage is only relative to their spiritual "power." It does not determine how prone a Yehubor is to evil.

A Yehubor placed in a Gentile social context might behave strangely non-Yehuborim (it happens vice versa even to Gentiles), but apart from these minor social failings, the tendency will always be the same, and if it is blocked by the context once or twice, the third time it will manifest dangerously, completely. Irreparably.
