Ok the part about the menstural blood.....i kno it seems gross but im just curious if any one has tryed this and was it effective?

there is nothing gross about it, and yes it has lots of potential and strong energy. I have used semen in a few of my rituals in the past and I could feel the difference. I also know somewhere on the JoS it states the power of such bodily fluids but forget where exactly. Maybe someone else can find the link for you. But know it is very powerful and there is nothing gross about the human body.

A witch will use her menstrual blood for many personal things. I personally wouldn't use if in a ritual for the Gods, as this kind of blood is "dirty" as it is sloffed off during the period.

I used to use menstrual blood for personal things, like attaching my energy to plants, personal spells, etc. If you add it with water, you can feed your plants with it, it has beneficial minerals. But DO NOT EAT THE PLANT YOU ADD IT TO, as the blood carries toxins as well!!

As far as the Satanic Witch by LaVey, you can take it or leave it.

So using menstrual blood is a personal thing, and choice. But even I have reservations, as it links to the womb. I woulnd't know if this is a good thing or not..
