Question on custom meditation piece

I have a question about a meditation item, There have been similar discussions here.  I have been dedicated for years now btw.  
I enjoy martial arts and use them for exercise, spiritual confidence, and mental clarity,  I absolutely love practicing with the short staff (Jo staff / quarter staff in some quarters)
I want to engrave or dremel tool a sigil and/or runes into one to make it feel more mine.  Do I put Father Satan's  and a power rune, or use runes as and alphabet to spell something?
Look I know this is stupid and silly overall, but I would enjoy the significance.  Hail to all my friends, and especially the one that is most high.  The Father.

I know that some Viking tribes would put the Tyr rune on their swords for protection and to have the weapon help them achieve glory in battle. But i would assume you would have to vibrate whatever rune you chose and program the energy to help you with this. I practice martial arts myself (MMA, Jiu Jitsu) and i was thinking about doing the same thing to my MMA gloves.

The world goes on. Don't go into next year thinking its going to be some apocalypse 2012 revelations end of the wooorrrrrlllddd thing. Yes times will be hard but you have Satan by your side so there is nothing to worry about. You might want to invest in your own gym equipment like maybe a heavy bag some gloves and maybe some dumbbells and a bench. This website has some great bodyweight workouts you can do at home with no equipment Visual Workouts by Neila Rey So if you cant buy any equipment then you might want to print or write down some of these.
