I have done Dedication Ritual myself /with blood/ to Queen Lilith .May I conclude that I'm His child because She is His wife? Thank you for your answer.

You don't need to dedicate yourself to Lilith, Satan is the only God to be worshiped. Whites are children of Satan with human females and the other races were enginered, but still being Satan's children.
