Question about Workings

I am doing a working right now with a certain rune.
I was curious, can you do more than one working at a time?

Example : "Doing a 40 day healing working, and on top of that a 50 day empowering working" <-- Not doing either just to let you know.

Would it do any difference doing 2 at a time? Would it put strain on the body? Or would one cancel the other out?

Speaking from experience, it can put a strain on the body. But yes you can do that. You have to be very careful.
Depending on what your workings are, they can cancel each other out. But probably not.
