question about Timing Your Magick with the Planets

With Mars retrograde, this is not the time to perform spells of revenge or violence/black magick. They can rebound and backfire, as the universe is working in reverse. Spells for bringing peace and harmony, as in one's family are aided at this time. Wait until the retrograde period is over with.

I've searched in Google about it and I found "Planet going backward" but planets never go backwards.

I'm lost, I got the ChronosXp but how I find out when's the retrograde of Mars?

Indeed planets never go backwards in the Heliocentric system... but since we are on Earth, planets appear to go backwards when we look at the stars...

it's the relative motion of Earth and Mars that make Mars appear going backwards... its like watching a motorsport race... all the cars go the same way... but if you look from inside a car while you overtake another car... the other car seems to go backwards

chronosXp doesn't show the retrograde planets... only the planetary hours and the moon phase... i use this site to know when there are retrograde planets... http://www.lunarium.co.uk/planets/retro.jsp

www.astro.com. The little "r" means retro in teh current planets box.
