HC once said, regarding stuff like this, that it works either way and you should do what is comfortable. I believe he said it regarding the "Othal Sol Oss" in the Race Awakening Ritual if I remember correctly.

So basically, you can vibrate them in one breath each just fine. Just do the vibrations properly and there is nothing to be worried about either way. Do not over-stress.

Seperate. You can't say all that all in one breath, and have enough breath to be able to stretch out each word.
