Question about the 40 days empowerment training

Hello.

I was wondering, when I reach the opening of the third eye and all the other chakras, how many times do I need to do it, until I fully open it?

Can I do the opening of the third eye even when I reach the opening of the crown chakra?
Do I only need to open my crown chakra once or twice? Or am I suppose to do it many many times?????

Well, what is in the 40 days working program is only a guideline to show you the basics. I empower all of my chakras with sanskrit everyday, this is my second year of doing so. I also experiment with meditations, sometimes changing the routines to adapt the circumstances or if I become bored. But I do have ground rules that I do everyday regardless because of the importance of it.

Can you kinda give me a layout of what you do through out the day? I'm about 4 months in dedicated and i started the 40 day today.

How many times you need to repeat the opening the chakras meditations is unique to you. You may open your chakras the first time you do the meditations or it may take you weeks of working on the same chakra to fully open it. You can continue doing the opening third eye meditation on the days you do the opening the crown chakra meditation. The full chakra meditation is a good option for working on stubborn chakras. The rune THURISAZ (THAUR is the more powerful version) can be used to clear chakra blockages.

@kendallnight8 Now I do not remember what is written in that pdf file, but follow the intructions exactly as they tell you. If you were to open a chakra two times, then you do that. If there is written to only do it one time. Then do it one time. However, such as the third eye takes 4 days. Opening a chakra two times only empowers it, which is ultimately a good thing!

10 Complete Yogic Breaths
10 Sithali
5/5 Kumbakha Lunar Breath
5-10 Sun and Moon
5 Cobra Breaths (do less if you have to with this)

Alternative:
Merkahbah
Twin Serpent meditation
Ball of light (circulating the energies through the chakras)
Opening the Watchtowers (sanskrit; exceptionally powerful)
Vibrate x10 times mantras for each chakra with planetary sanskrit to empower them.

This is only some of it! Try to be a little creative with the meditations. As most of them complement each other and gives a boost to one another. The most powerful meditation I have ever done was the Sun Square. That meditation grew extremely intense and so powerful, its energy almost kicked me out of my body. Amazing experience. Though this is individual.

No, you only need to do the chakra opening meditations once as far as the basic meditation program goes.
