If the individual is very spiritually powerful, yes. Our gods can move objects like this with ease, not that they usually do anyways when interacting with us.

Spiritual power is not evil or scary, it's part of the natural laws of the astral and universe. Being able to freeze a glass of water with our mind or use telekinesis is supposed to be perfectly normal abilities for us, but because of the enemy it's not.
