Shannon my take on it,and what I use mine for is, not only for vibrating runes,but also for counting reps of any kind.Like for a certain meditations,I have found that assists me in counting,so rather than count in my head,using the beads with your fingers,allows your mind to be more focused on what you are doing.A Satanic Rosary can be used in many different ways,at least that's what I use mine for anyway.

I just started to use mine about a week ago. I use it with affirmations. I slide a bead, then I breathe in the color energy of the given working, while stating the affirmation. Then I move on to the next bead. At the bigger beads I visualize not only the color energy around me, but the goal of the working as if it has already come true.

Here are the instructions for using the Satanic Rosary from the JOS site.

It should be used in conjunction with the Rune(s) that tie in with your goal.

It also provides examples of types of uses and how to do them.

Sorry, forgot to add that when I do them, the larger beads are used for the affirmation and the smaller are used for vibrating the rune. As stated in the instructions, start at the large bead closest to the pantagram (or whatever object you have on it) stating your affirmation for each one of the large beads until you reach the first small bead. At the small bead, you will vibrate the rune, go to the next small bead and vibrate the rune, etc. until you reach the next large bead. At the next large bead state your affirmation again, then moving on to the next small bead vibrate the rune. Continue until you work your way back to the large beads where you started from. State your affirmation for the large beads working back up towards your pentagram.

This is how I understood the instructions for using the rosary.
