Question about Runes

Hey I was reading about the runes and I noticed that it doesn't say the specific number for each rune. It says to vibrate it a number of times based on the runes number. Where can I find each runes number so I know how many times to vibrate for each rune?

Their numbers are in the order they are listed in. Fehu's number is 1, Uruz' number is 2 and so on Hail our Creator God Satan.
