Question about races

I've come across some material suggesting that there are 4 gentile races and then there are the atrocious jews. White, Asian, Black, Indian. My question is where do Arabs fall in all of this? Asians? I also came across something suggesting they would be related to jews. I'm genuinely curious.

There are only 3 gentile races. White Black Asian. American Indians have the same bone structure and many other attributes as Asians, so they essentially fall under that category. I know that there are three major gentile races. Caucasians, Africans and Asians. I am from India but I don’t know which race I am. There is a lot of variety in India. I am really light skinned to the point that I have been mistaken for a white person person before whereas majority of people in India are rather tan.

I am asking this question so that I know more about what kind of people to have sexual contact with as I don’t want to mess up my spiritual progress by interracial sex.
