Question about prana

I know prana is chi, witchpower, etc, but I was wondering is prana everywhere( I read in a book that it is, just want to confirm).

If that truth, that means every time someone breath they breath prana right?

 Even if somebody is not willfully or even aware they are breathing prana, they still is breathing prana right?

 So what is the difference between willfully and  not willfully breathing in prana?

I also want to know is prana is the energy we are using to manipulate magic and other stuff from the website(joyofsatan website)

I know these sound weird, but I just want to confirm.

Yes energy is everywhere. If you focus on one spot long enough it starts to pull energy to the one spot. Like the quote from Thoth "Life is in the Breath". And you do constantly breathe in energy, but the difference is if you are conscious of it or not. When you are conscious of something it becomes stronger. All Prana or Energy is programmable, it is all the same. It is noticeable in people who practice long deep breathing or other yogic breathing exercises. That those people are healthier. I hope I answered you question.

Let say I want to create a sigil, should I breath in energy before I create one or should I breath in energy to charge it or when I release the sigil?
