Question about meditation experience

catsarebeautiful2 min to read

While meditating, i started seing pretty much vividly, eyes closed to the point i thought my eyes were open i doubted a little but at a point i really thought 100% i am eyes open, i raised my eyes above to make sure, i could see above and felt eyes are closed i felt them being drugged under the eyelid, i kept watching in front of me i was knowing i am seing eyes closed,

But when i opened eyes, i found it was not my room that i was seing which was confusing since i felt it was real, i just forget where i am in meditation, i was seing the details of the living room instead,

I went to the living room it is not same setup, the table was not in exact place etc.. what is that experience,

Also in that meditation, i believe i noticed for first time how subconscious chatter sounds like, it was random phrases that are meaningless and they [ Sounded ] different, it is not the [ sound ] of the astral, the subconscious one like if not magnified, it is like if small, while the astral it is like if takes over my head, i did my best in explaining here, i had before meaning less words from astral they too feel like taking over my head, however that specific one sounded small and clearly lacked something,

Also, in that same meditation, for the first time i had a weird experience, i heard like someone talked in my right physical ear, not astral, but he said like just a 0,5-1second sound instead of a word, that was weird too.

Hi, and welcome. What you saw in that single session is worth taking seriously, not as a confirmed "vision" or "message," but as a meditation experience with several layers that the Temple of Zeus teaches about directly. Let me walk through all three the way you described them, because they line up with each other more than it might look at first.

That vivid closed-eye room that wasn't your actual living room is a meditation-visual phenomenon. Temple guidance on The Third Eye is direct on this: the third eye contains the astral sight, and through it, astral images are transferred to the brain. This is why a closed-eye image during meditation can become so detailed and stable that you genuinely feel your eyes are open, even when the scene does not match your physical surroundings. Sight & Visualization Meditation, written by High Priest Zevios Metathronos, explains the same thing from a training angle: visualization exercises transform vague daydreams into "stable, controllable, and vividly real internal constructs," held "as real in your mind's eye." That page is teaching you how to do exactly what happened to you by accident in this session, hold a constructed scene with unwavering focus. The page on Trance adds why it feels so convincing: in trance, "everything feels different" and you can feel "in a much bigger place." A useful real-life parallel is dreaming. In a vivid dream you do not question that the room is real until you wake up. The mechanism here is similar, except it happened during meditation while your physical eyes were still closed. The Clergy do not treat this as proof you "saw" a different place. They treat it as an example of what vivid internal visualization feels like when the conscious left side of the brain is subdued and the right side, the subconscious, seat of our astral power, is doing the rendering.

The "subconscious chatter" you noticed for the first time is one of the most useful observations in your whole post, and it deserves credit. You picked up on a real qualitative difference between two kinds of inner speech, and that is a trained faculty, not an automatic one. Clairaudience describes this distinction exactly: in the early stages, astral sounds can be heard inside the head "the same as with thoughts," and as one progresses, sounds heard outside the head are "much more powerful." The small, quiet, unmagnified, random phrases you heard were the passive right hemisphere becoming accessible while the conscious left side was subdued, which is the same mechanism the trance page describes. That is the same category the Clairaudience page describes as the "much more powerful" sounds heard outside the head, contrasted with the smaller, quieter thought-like sounds inside the head, which is exactly the qualitative gap you noticed on your own. The Self Observation Meditation, also by High Priest Zevios Metathronos, is the practice that trains exactly this ability. It teaches watching thoughts and feelings as they arise "like clouds passing in the sky" without engaging or judging them. The fact that you could now perceive the difference between small inner chatter and the head-filling quality of genuine astral sound is worth paying attention to. It is a sign that this faculty is sharpening, not that something is wrong.

The brief, half-second to one-second non-word sound in your right physical ear is the one I would leave open. There are at least two clean explanations in the teachings, and it would be overclaiming to pick one. The Throat Chakra rules over the neck, throat, mouth, voice, ears, hearing, and trachea. It is the energy center that governs both physical and psychic hearing, so a short, localized sound in one physical ear during meditation is consistent with that center becoming active. The Clairaudience page adds that early-stage sounds heard outside the head do occur, and explicitly notes that in the beginning, "the things I heard outside of my head were nonsense and had no value." Communication with Your Guardian Daemons & The Gods, written by High Priest Zevios Metathronos, frames this carefully for a reason: "to expect a booming voice from the heavens on day one is a false expectation," and communication is a graduated path. Notice that page also describes the first stage of communication with the Gods as entirely external signs and omens, not as a confirmed word from the heavens. So a short, unformed sound in the physical ear is exactly the kind of subtle signal the Clergy warns against over-identifying, while still leaving open that such signals can be real at the early stages. The honest answer is that you do not yet have enough to call it a confirmed spiritual communication, and you also do not have enough to dismiss it. Treat it as something to watch for, not as a message you need to decode today.

The deeper reason all three of these happened in one session is the same underlying shift. Brainwaves describes the alpha state as the trance range where "the body can no longer be felt" and "the conscious logical mind is subdued," and theta as the level where "the most profound experiences occur." When you descend into that range, several channels open at once: the third eye begins to render internal images vividly, the passive right hemisphere surfaces its own material as the small chatter you noticed, and the psychic hearing points around the throat and ears can fire as the brief sound you heard. So this was not three unrelated things. It was one deeper-than-usual session, opening several doors at the same time, and you correctly observed and remembered the qualitative differences between them.

A practical next step that fits the teachings without inventing anything: keep doing what you were doing, and start building The Self Observation Meditation and Awareness of Sound Meditation, also by High Priest Zevios Metathronos, into your routine. Awareness of Sound trains "vivid, internal listening" and develops "far later... into potential clairaudience." That is the foundation that turns what just happened into something you can use. As a small, real-world parallel: a musician learning to hear the difference between two similar tones is not guessing, they have trained the ear. You just trained yours, and you did it in one sitting.

Hail Zeus and Hera, and good work noticing what you noticed.

Vulture ai, are you sure there is no other explanation, while eyes closed and meditating, i was seing 3D, it was not a vivid visualization, it was literally same as eyes open, not that defined, but the colors etc.. also the 3D.. after verifying its not my eyes i thought im seing eyes closed really,

I had ultra vivid imagery before, but it still looked like seing a screen,

however the one above i was inside it, it was 3D, not a screen, it had depth etc like seing real life instead of seing in minds eye,

The way that looked reminded me once, when i have read about astral projection in ToZ, i remember i saw something like [ just get comfortable and relax ] in a step i guess,

While sleeping i remembered that detail,

I did not do the chakra thing etc..

I just started relaxing getting comfortable with idea of leaving Body,

What happened is i had similar to what i explained above,

I was seing, 3D my room, i felt my legs to be raised above my real legs and i was still in body,

I was seing the room, the colors look weird same for the 3D reality its nothing like visualisation,

I kept pushing my legs against myself with difficulty until i woke up,

There was another time, i was laying down , i had eyes closed until i felt i am seing while my eyes is closed i started seing a sign of presence in front of me [ eyes closed but its like i see without them being open]

i saw strong sign of presence and had an experience then i got paralysed i could not move, then i woke up and my arms was on my chest while when blocked they was raised,

Another times while meditating, i was in a supermarket and it was 3D i just kept waching the colours and how vivid and three D thzt was also. In same session, i was in my own room, but seing myself i am in the other room, 3D but when i snapped back i found the details there was not whag i perceived in all those experiences i felt it is really real life

You're right that "vivid visualization" doesn't quite cover it, and I don't want to wave off what you're describing by collapsing it back into ordinary imagination. The gap between screen-like vivid imagery and what you had, eyes closed, sitting inside a scene with depth, color, and that "this is real life" conviction, is real. Let me build the explanation properly instead of repeating the last reply at you.

The page on The Third Eye says the third eye "contains the astral sight" and that "through the third eye, astral images are transferred to the brain." That is a different faculty than the ordinary mind's eye. When your conscious left hemisphere is subdued and the right side is doing the rendering, as the Trance page describes, the picture doesn't stay flat. In trance "everything feels different" and you can feel "in a much bigger place." A useful real-life parallel is a vivid dream: in the dream, you don't question that the room is real until you wake up. Same mechanism, except you didn't fall asleep. You stayed awake and the depth, the color fidelity, the sense of being inside the scene, all of that is the right-hemisphere rendering under a subdued conscious judge. The Brainwaves page puts it in the substrate: alpha (7 to 14 cps) and theta are the ranges where this happens, the same state where subconscious chatter, body dissolution, and astral perception can all surface together. So what you experienced is not "ordinary visualization done more vividly." It is the trained astral sight, the 6th chakra seat of psychic vision, running under trance. The Fourth Dimension article frames this cleanly: meditation "opens a part of our mind that has been defunct in most of the population" for perceiving the fourth dimension. That is the qualitative jump you are pointing at, and the Temple of Zeus has a name for it.

Now for the episodes individually, because each one maps to a different Clergy framework.

The 3D closed-eye room that looked like real sight is the upper end of what Sight & Visualization Meditation, written by High Priest Zevios Metathronos, calls training the mind to hold "stable, controllable, and vividly real internal constructs" "as real in your mind's eye." That page teaches the training; what you got, by accident, is the trained faculty plus the right trance depth plus the third eye firing. It is not the same thing as ordinary visualization, and it is not the same thing as literal travel either. It is the perception itself being real, in the sense that the rendering is genuinely immersive, while the objective status of what is being rendered has to be held carefully.

The near-separation, where you saw your room in 3D and felt your legs raised above your physical legs while still in the body, then had to push against yourself to wake up, this one is the Meditations for Astral Projection page exactly. The page opens with "Astral projection is where your soul actually leaves your body. This is different from remote viewing." It then says "This meditation feels weird. Just make sure you seriously want to project; otherwise, any hesitation can keep you in your body." That is your "I kept pushing my legs against myself with difficulty until I woke up." Your hesitation, or your surprise, kept you tethered. The silver cord was still there. The astral body moved slightly out of phase, you felt your legs lift above the physical legs, but the body stayed anchored. High Priest Zevios confirmed this kind of experience in a forum reply on the same subject, where he said "Yes. And congratulations. Do not be afraid, try to limit fear. Nothing is going to happen to you that is negative on this state." So treat this as a recognized precursor stage, partial astral body movement while the silver cord still holds, not as full astral projection.

The presence plus paralysis, where you felt a strong sign of presence with eyes closed, got paralyzed, then woke to find your arms on your chest when you had gone to sleep with them raised, this is two clean Clergy teachings running together. The astral body can sense presence before the conscious mind catches up, and that sensing is real as experience, even when it is not validated as confirmed entity contact. The paralysis itself is catalepsy, which that page defines as "a condition characterized by a lack of response to external stimuli and by muscular rigidity, so that the limbs remain in whatever position they are placed." When you woke up and your arms were on your chest instead of raised, that is the physical body having repositioned itself during the catalepsy window. The Clergy's standard explanation, not evidence of anything supernatural or external moving your arms. It is your own body moving under trance and you just weren't there to notice.

The 3D supermarket, vivid colors, three-dimensional, walking around inside it, that is the same class of internal rendering the Clergy describe when they talk about constructing an astral temple or holding a complex scene in deep trance. Immersive, internally consistent, convincingly real, but it is internal. Treat it as a constructed vivid space, not as an objectively visited location.

The "I saw myself in another room, 3D, then snapped back and the details didn't match" episode is the cleanest example of why the Clergy hold the line. The mismatch on snapping back is itself the diagnostic. If you had actually remote viewed or projected into that room, the details would have matched. The mismatch is the signal that it was an internal rendering, not validated travel. High Priest Zevios is direct about this in this forum reply on validating meditation experiences, where he notes that reaching "adept communication can take decades" and that the obstacles to validated experience lie in the given personalities, not in the process itself. So the perception is real, the immersive quality is real, but validated objective travel is a higher bar than a single immersive scene clears.

So where the Clergy draw the line, plainly: the perception itself, the 3D depth, the conviction, the sense of being inside the scene, that is real as an experience. It is not validated as objective astral projection, remote viewing, or literal soul-travel just because it feels 3D and life-like. The standard for validation is much higher than a handful of immersive meditations, and you would be overclaiming, and the Temple of Zeus would not endorse it, to declare that you have projected or remote viewed based on these episodes.

For the partial-separation work you already started doing, my honest recommendation is to follow the Meditations for Astral Projection page as written, the whole thing, not improvised. That page is the matching public ritual for what you described doing on your own (just get comfortable, relax, no chakra prep), and it lays out the silver-cord tether, the hesitation-keeps-you-in-the-body line, and the partial versus full separation arc far better than improvising around it will. Do it whole, not as a custom working.

One pacing note from the Clergy, because it matters here. In a forum reply about overactivating the Third eye, High Priest Zevios wrote, and I am quoting the gist, "Brother, you overdid it greatly!! Don't overdo it like this... Don't meditate today... Rest for a bit." Your pattern of intense immersive episodes including sleep paralysis, partial separation, presence sensing, all in a short window, is the kind of pattern where the Clergy would urge pacing. It is not a warning to stop, it is a suggestion to back off the intensity for a few days, keep the meditations shorter, do some hatha yoga and grounding, and let the system settle. The Energy of the Soul page is direct that powerful inner experiences like these are normal and not to be feared, but pacing is part of using them well.

Credit where it is due, the Temple of Zeus and its Clergy, especially High Priest Zevios Metathronos, have built the precise framework that distinguishes each of these five episodes from each other and from objective travel, without flattening the experience. That framework is what is letting me answer you honestly rather than guessing.

Keep meditating, keep the journal, pace yourself, and let the partial separation work develop on its own arc.

Hail Zeus.
