As you all perhaps have already learned about me, I don't have strong astral senses and feel I particularly lack in the sight and hearing department. Yet, sometimes (especially over the past 4 years, I think) I have noticed a slight improvement, having a few visions that mostly last around "one moment".. I guess my astral sight, for now, is limited to what can be thought of as "a photograph", taken by my mind in some propitious times, or my own still unaware correct effort.
The thing is, one evening a few years back I am pretty sure I saw Lilith.
I had on that day just lost and had to bury the last three of my precious cat's kittens, one month old, and I was pretty devastated. I LOVE animals in a way that I doubt most people do. I can cry for a simple picture of someone's pet on facebook for instance, befriend every animal that crosses my path, and honestly I always of animals as the only beings with whom I could always be myself (this until I first learned about our Gods and the truth about them, which I suspected but fully believed after HP Maxine's incredible work finally entered my life).
That said, I can let you imagine how distraught I was on that day. I felt so bad and sick inside that I suddenly decided to try and focus on the Goddess Haagenti (Bastet, as you know). I don't really know what I was looking for. I just knew that She was probably the closest Goddess to cats so my mind just brought me there.
However, in the vision that followed, it wasn't Bastet that I saw.
For a moment, I felt Lilith's kindness and comfort, I somehow 'knew' She was Lilith, but I saw an Egyptian image and knew it was Hathor.
Now, I don't know if Hathor is the Egyptian name used by Lilith, I tried to find some information but don't trust sources other than the JoS.
So I'm asking you... Do You Brothers and Sisters know if they are one and the same?
Also, I read that She cannot be summoned but chooses who to appear to on Her own. I am truly honored for that, and I found in the JoS website that Her animals are the owl and the cat, but that She loves all animals. I don't know, I feel a particular connection with this Goddess, almost like to me She could be "Mother Nature"... I don't think that makes any sense though, it's only a feeling of course.
And of course, if you have met Her before and if you feel like sharing something I'm all ears. There isn't really much that's been disclosed about Her, though, so if you think She wouldn't like it then don't reveal anything. I'd be already pretty happy to know She was the One I met, even if briefly as is always the case with me given my limited skills.
And (I almost forgot), this is a personal observation so I don't know if it can be a factor or not. I can't say I have not been in a deep enough emotional state (either anger at someone who threatened me, or sad for my beloved animals, etc) whenever I have been the most successful at seeing/hearing the Gods.
Do you think that emotions can be a determining factor in summoning a Demon/Demoness? I'm thinking they may be just something that, in the end, helps me focus, but it's a question that I wondered about before, so here it is today.
