Is conscious mind only able to process one thought at a time or is it due to the use of 10% brain only? Yeah I guess so?

The deeper the mind goes out of consciousness the less brainwave activity, humans at full conscious level only use 10% of our brains AT A TIME, remember that. The beta level of the brain is full consciousness and rationality, the male side of the brain (yang). When we train our minds to unlock the female emotional and subconscious side (yin) we can slow down our brainwaves per second allowing us to focus on at least one thing at a time without other thoughts.

The lowest level of brain activity is the theta level, most people achieve this state over a longer time by coma. This is the level in which you can focus on one thing, but due to the low brain activity you will most likely not even be able to focus on anything and your mind will be completely blank, you won't even notice the void. you will just be in complete stasis. This is where it goes too far, you need to be at a level of brainwave activity that allows you to concentrate your focus, but doesn't make you lose full consciousness, this is where the omega level comes in.

The omega brainwave level is what you can achieve in a deep trance, complete focus to where your mind is concentrated like a laser pointed at your target. This is far enough.

I hope this has given you some insight on the level of focus and how it correlates with brainwaves.

The conscious mind can process a lot. It's a muscle. The more you use it for complicated tasks, the better it will work Sent on my Boost Mobile Phone.

I've tried getting into deeper trance states, but after a light trance I typically fall asleep lol. It takes practice I suppose. Thanks for the reminder.
