Question about Chakras

Hey, just wondering if the JOS website is correct in stating that the Heart Chakra is ruled by Mercury and Wednesday, and the Throat Chakra is ruled by Venus and Friday?I only ask because, in the past, these used to be reversed on the webpage.I remember there was some debate about this and I thought HP Maxine had confirmed that the Throat Chakra is Mercury and Heart Chakra is Venus...is the website just out-dated or has this been re-evaluated?

Seriously, could someone answer this please...I missed a lot of posts in the last 3 years, and the last I saw was HP Maxine confirming that the Throat Chakra is of Mercury and Heart Chakra is of Venus. The website currently says the opposite, is it just out-dated or is the information on there correct???
This is pretty important info for meditation purposes, I'd really like an answer...

Maxine recently went through the site and updated a lot of things. I'd say that what is currently on the site is probably correct

I can't speak on the astrological significance but I can let you in on the qualities these chakras impart when they are vibrated.
Heart: fearlessness, open expression, confidence
Throat: not reacting/flinching/fidgeting & remorselessness, also speaking with elegance & never feeling lonely as you are connected to everyone else always

The throat chakra is related to Venus. The higher three chakras are feminine, and the lower masculine. The Mercury chakra is the connector between the upper and lower and is androgenous.

Thanks Astralnaut888, it makes sense.I asked because in the past the information on the website was different. If you look at "Satan's Magickal Squares" under Mercury:
 It still states that the Throat Chakra is of Mercury,
"The Kabalistic/Magickal planetary square working empowers the throat[/B] chakra and strengthens a weakened/debilitated Mercury in one's astrology chart and helps in the affairs ruled by the house/s with the signs of Gemini and Virgo on the cusp/s and the house containing Mercury."<font>
Hence my confusion. I want to start some Squares soon, and wanted to be sure about this in order not to waste my time. It would suck to start the Venus Square[/B] on my Heart Chakra[/B] (which is what it still implied in the "Magickal Squares" section of the website) only to find out it was for the Throat Chakra[/B]. That whole section needs to be revised, I hope the HPs do it soon as it can lead to a lot of confusion...
I think you're right, Venus[/B] is for the Throat Chakra[/B], so just a warning to anyone doing Planetary Squares, keep in mind that the MERCURY[/B] Square is actually for the HEART CHAKRA[/B] (and everything the Heart Chakra rules over), and the VENUS[/B] Square is actually for the THROAT[/B] CHAKRA[/B] (and everything the Throat Chakra rules over)
