Question about Binding someone.

To make a long story short I applied for a job and had two interviews. For some reason I never got a call back. That is until I found out i used my Brother in law as a reference and he bad mouthed me to the Manager I had the interview with. I have been waiting a very long time to find a job now and he ruined it for me. Now him and my sis and law have been making comments about me not working and me not getting the job. I was gonna let this go but now im sick of it!! What type of Binding ritual can I do against them?? I already have a picture of both of them to make a poppet with. I want them to have bad luck but dont want to put a death curse because we live in the same house and I dont want them near my children. For example say I do put a death curse and they happen to take my kids to the store or something and they end up getting in a car accident or some other misfortune. So what can I do to make both of them have bad luck?? Like him losing his job or his car breaking down....you get the idea. Any advice would be helpful...Thank you Brothers and Sisters!!

Just programm the malefic energy to cause misfortune only to THEM and none else. That will work. If you want the car gone, programm energy to destroy the car, but only the car. You know what I mean, hehe.
