Is Solomon not a real Jew, but a stolen metaphor? What is the Key of Solomon? What is Solomon's Temple? What is the Grimoire?

Does Sol, om, on, all three mean Sun?

The Keys of Solomon are two grimoires written in the 15th century and 17th century by anonymous authors but attributed pseudepigraphically to Solomon. There are numerous other Medieval/Renaissance grimoires attributed to Solomon, again pseudepigraphically and written by anonymous authors. Even before them was the Testament of Solomon written in Greek in about the 3rd century CE, again by anonymous authors pseudepigraphically.

The Temple of Solomon is a mythical temple that never existed, and it's an allegory for the soul.

Yes, Solomon never existed. All those books and the Temple you mentioned are either pseudepigraphical or mythical/fictitious.

I doubt Solomon is Sol om and on and means sun for 1 simple reason: Solomon is the name from the Greek translation of the OT, not the original Hebrew one. The Hebrew version is ShLMH which is pronounced Shelomah or something similar. Most modern bibles kept the Greek version of the name and that's why it's popular, but it isn't how it was originally written.

People do that with the modern or common version of words and mistakenly attribute them to things when they should look up their original version.
