What to do when I just don't want to accept myself, accept my features, my body...
I want to have plastic surgery to see if I can fix something, I have read the post about accepting our gentile beauty but I just can't do it.

Yes, you can. Please take a moment to consider this: You want to change your body because you think you feel bad because you look bad when the reason you feel bad has nothing to do with your body. Feelings don't have to do with external things, but your perception of them. You are trying to change your body to fix your mind, which doesn't work. Why not fix the mind directly instead? Even if you change your body you will still not be satisfied and feel bad and will want to change something else in your body or life because the source of your problem is in your mind and not your body and hasn't been gone. Your mind will be eternally dissatisfied with your body, no matter how many times you change it if you don't accept it.

Try to think about it and you will find that what I'm saying is true. You are trying to change your body to feel better, when instead you just can change your thoughts and feelings and just accept it.

In extreme cases you can see women with anorexia who think they are fat and trying to lose weight, but in reality they are extremely skinny and have a distorted perception of their body. Again, it's a mental problem not a physical one. Most people who don't accept their body is because they have a false perception of it, when to others it may not look as bad as they think, and even if it does, why should one care? It's who you are and it's others' problem if they don't accept it.

truth be told, there are people who are really ugly about the proportion of what is beautiful in nature and are logical and rational about it, ugliness even brings disadvantages to life, you can't deny it

but to make it less worse i recommend that you can work on yours self-esteem, confidence with sowilo, square mars, square sun (svaha)

If it is something that can be fixed and won't do harm or warp perceptions of natural physical beauty just do it. Meaning that it is a defect that one is born with and can be solved medically yes definitely solve it. Even if its for beauty and you want to do it, Do it, you are free to do anything you want!

Just be sure that you are not taking this route
due to negative programmings you have about your body.

Though from experience most people who don't want to accept their physical attributes are due to misconceived ideas of beauty by enemy programmings.

Everyone above gave the answers you need to this question, I wish you the best of luck. As everyone else has stated, try working on yourself and see if these feelings of imperfection leave you, after you have done enough personal workings on yourself to improve your quality of life. If the problem still persists and it's an issue that needs surgery that will be up to you, but don't do rush into that unless you have taken considerable time, and effort, working on yourself to arrive to that conclusion, mainly because surgeries mostly are permanent and you don't want to do something to yourself that you may regret later in life. Also the issue may not be what you think it is. Your perception could be warped from enemy programming. Deprogram yourself first and everything else will fall into place.

Take care! and Hail Satan!
