I have found that being detached and building up on your own aura of protection, and vehemently keeping your aura and chakras clean, these people will naturally begin to leave your life, as the energies are no longer attracting one another. Of course it all takes time.

Constant repetition can do a lot for us, is there a way to get around contact with retarded family members in a positive way?

Envy, repression, manipulation of others always being seen by someone you depend on, do you have what to do to get rid of it and not contaminate yourself? or just killing?

Protection is essential, closing your chakras would also help a lot. Keep your aura clean.
