I've been practicing it for almost three months now, but I don't understand the feelings I'm having at all. The JOS website said that I should see different colors, but subsequently only got the ability to visualize them more accurately. However, my other visualization is very chaotic and difficult to control. I also found it much easier to visualize different images. For example, as if a person is sitting next to me, I can feel (suggest to myself) that I can feel his flesh, smell and warmth (warmth is faint like smell). Once I tried to completely relax my body so that there was no physical contact and imagine the person in front of me. As a result, I fell into a deep trance for two days. And I also find it extremely difficult to relax for meditation, feeling extremely uncomfortable in normal positions. It is only by lying down at night (after drinking two cups of coffee) that I can meditate normally. I also find it hard to meditate for at least an hour a day, usually 10-20 minutes every day. I have a great desire to develop as a Spiritual Satanist, but physically and psychologically I cannot adjust my mind. Various worries of life, fear to go to the army (I prayed to Satan a lot to help me and I live in Russia, you understand) because I will be only 20 years old. Worries that I am constantly doing something wrong. As a consequence, I often overeat (this has been with me since childhood). What should I do? How do I reshape my body and mind to meditate more peacefully? Living in a one-room apartment with my parents it is very difficult for me to find a private place for the rituals (there is also nowhere to go, because I have no friends and relatives whom I would trust).
 
Have you ever done a dopamine detox?

This will show you a totally different way of life. If there's no pain then your not making progress. Enjoy the pain, see it as a good time when you're having withdrawals as you start to reprogram your dopamine.

Stuff that seems so normal like coffee or porn or TV could possibly be holding you back. Everyone is different but I find a dopamine detox is a great way to figure out your cravings/bad habits.

Most people suffer in life because they can't detox their brains from everything that's out there.

Keep it simple, this is nothing exciting. Well, I guess it's very exciting considering the reward lol...... FOCUS



Your brain works on 1's and 0's

1 = Reward
0 = Pain



Your brain has no context in this sense. This is why fat people continue to eat when their life is on the line or why people choose drugs over their family or why people can spend 10 hrs playing video games but can't sit down and read a book.

The hard stuff in life gives you 0's such as Reading, doing the hard stuff, working out, etc...

The easy way out gives you 1's such as Candy, video games, porn, etc...

You must reprogram your brain to get 1's from reading a book instead of playing video games.

This will only happen if you get rid of all the shit that wastes your time so you have very little and appreciate your stuff.

Kinda like how straight men all bang each other in jail... You enjoy it because you have nothing else... or are forced but you get the point.

This could come off as extreme but this is how shit gets done.
