Question #672: How to fight and destroy negative entities that may try to harm us? Astral Self Defense?

Hello, I saw Question #656 where the questioner was attacked by a big-eyed creature and the questioner used an astral tendril to destroy and absorb the creature. I also saw on the JOS website that having unwanted entities visit is a possibility when trying to grow spiritually. But I'm not sure really about how to defend against an astral attack if one was to happen to me. I'm a novice in spiritual satanism but will like to grow and develop. Also, I heard white sage can be used to clean a room of negative energy will burning it daily lessen the likelihood of these attacks?
