Why is there evil in the world? Who is responsible for the existence of evil in the world? Why does gods allow evil to exist? If the humans were enginered by 'good god', why humans are evil?

Nobody is responsible because no being controls everything or created everything. Good and bad things happen mostly by chance. Your questions are based on two presumptions:

1)That there's a being who controls everything
and
2)That absolute good and evil exist

Neither of these is true. There's not any being who controls everything and everything is a mixture of good and bad, as there's balance. Humans are a mixture of good and bad too.

Satan doesn't represent the absolute good as there's no such thing. He is good only in a relative way: that he created us and cares about us, i.e. he is good to us. If he hated humanity he would be bad to us. He is not all-powerful nor does he control everything that happens in the world.

In case my previous reply wasn't clear, let me explain it more clearly in detail:

"Evil" in an absolute sense does not exist. If you look at nature, all that exists is things that are creative and destructive and there's a balance. If there was creation without destruction, there wouldn't be a balance and our universe would not exist. If there were only pleasant things to us, they would soon enough become boring. In order to know something pleasant as pleasant, its opposite must exist.

Who is responsible for the existence of evil in the world

Nobody, because there isn't a being who controls everything. Nature exists by itself. Satanists do not believe in an intelligent all-powerful creator of everything. Your question would make sense only in a Judeo-Christian cosmology which doesn't exist in Satanism.

Why does gods allow evil to exist?

Again, your question implies that our Gods are all powerful and control everything. They aren't. They are extraterrestrial beings who only used genetic engineering to create humanity. They also have their enemies (extraterrestrial ones as well) who are against humanity and who were defeated by them in the past, which is why Yehuborim and the enemy lies took over. Our earth is currently ruled by Yehuborim and enemies of humanity.

If the humans were enginered by 'good god', why humans are evil?

This question contains 3 false assumptions. I'll clarify them:

1)Genetic engineering doesn't make a being perfect. Humans have their flaws. Every created being has its flaws. Also the Gods' mission is to help us overcome these flaws and reach perfection. Satan doesn't control our behavior.

2)Humans are not evil. Humans have a mixture of good and bad things in them. The Yehuborim are closest to what you call "evil". Most Gentiles/non-Yehuborim have been brainwashed by Yehuborim lies. If the Yehuborim were gone, the world wouldn't be in this state. This false assumption assumes that humans are absolutely evil by our nature and can't be changed. Most of the bad things in humanity come from the influence of our enemies. If they are defeated and Satan is allowed to guide us, these bad things will be overcome.

It's been said on JoS that thousands of years ago, humanity was close to perfection, but then, the earth was attacked by our extraterrestrial enemies. Our Gods lost a battle, and humanity has degenerated ever since.

3)Satan isn't a force that represents the absolute good in a christian sense. This absolute good doesn't exist. This false assumption assumes that an absolutely good being can't create an imperfect being, but nobody said that Satan is absolutely good. In fact, there are no absolutes in nature.

When we use the terms good and bad, we always refer them relative to us. Satan wants us to overcome our flaws and reach perfection, therefore he wants our good. The Yehuborim and enemy extraterrestrials want to enslave humanity and use us as energy sources, therefore they are bad.
