I have no idea if it's my app or what but when sometimes when I do rtrs some negative energy still effects neighbors negatively what can I do cause cleaning and aop won't work for me

You should be more clear when asking questions. In what way does “negative energy” effect your neighbors? You are not your neighbor. Do you also clean for them? Are they good people? You cannot always influence other people. Their actions create their own consequences.
