My health placements are terrible but I should add this: I almost never get sick and I've always been really healthy.

Mars 25 degrees Taurus (conjuction with Caput Algol)
6th house Scorpio
Saturn Virgo
Mars-Neptune square
What to do now? Also what can Caput algol/Mars conjuction bring?
Btw everyday I am doing deep cleaning (sometimes excessive cleaning) to clean this karma and 3 different AoP working.

I've noticed Mars and 12th house overlaps in a few suicides. Ernest Hemingway and Vincent Van Gogh. Vincent Van Gogh's progressed Mars was conjunct the ruler of his 12th house cusp the year he took his own life, and Hemingway had several planets including Mars transiting his 12th. The 12th being of self-undoing sometimes... so please don't ever think of suicide as a solution. with your rigorous deep cleaning and AoP this isn't a worry. Your post made me want to look around the net, and I wanted to check famous people with Mars in 12th Taurus conj. Caput Algol.
I found a few people, one of them was William Thieulin who was (is?) a French boxer. This is how Mars may maifest its conjuction bringing to violence and (possibly) self undoing, this person had also a Neptune square Mars tight aspect so I would not be surprised if he has been worn out by boxing sport. However he got famous and probably had a career. There are multiple ways in which planets express themselves, so as long as you Meditate and keep your Aura and Soul clean, I would not worry too much.
Anyway, plan in advance. Neptune is in Aries now so around 2050 (consider at least 4-5 years for this transit, 2048-2052 at least) it will transit conjunct your Mars. I had a very hard time during a Neptune-Mars transit and the worst is, it is really hard to detect and feel, Neptune hits in your back not in front of you. If you are yound and you will be alive in those years, don't forget to protect you more than usual.
