I think I'm beautiful but not enough, I want more and more... I'm starting to like myself and have self-esteem but I still don't think it's enough,
I want people's approval regarding my appearance, I want people to react the same way I see other people reacting to beautiful women.

Self-esteem means the exact opposite, that you don't care what others think of you. You know you're beautiful and no one can tell you otherwise, that's what self-esteem means. And it comes from your self, it isn't something external that you need someone else to give you.

And I suggest you keep building your self-esteem because the alternative is never going to be enough. You will forever be dependent on the approval of others, which means you'll never be happy.
