Do all the people whom u meet in life for either good or bad ,whether they hurt u or whether they make u happy are all already predestined

All people you meet are predestined? No.

It all depends on your current set of choices in this life, your environment and many other things.

Walking down the street you may meet up to a few thousand in a day, you may find yourself talking and becoming friends, I don't think all people are definite in your life, but some are definitely definite.
