That's Thor from Norse mythology. Thor is Lord Baalzebul.

And the paintings is Thor's Fight with the Giants (Tors strid med jättarna) by Mårten Eskil Winge (1872)

In JoS Rituals where is this pic, there is also Beelzebul sigil above the art, and so in art there is lightning so I think this is Zeus in this picture.

And also because these rituals there are for making justice for the world, and Zeus is God of Justice.
