I found an article on Satan's library about Sephardic surnames, if you have one of the surnames on the list means you are a Yehubor? I don't understand

No, some of those names are too common. You have to analyze the person's behavior and family history, it's not that simply otherwise a lot of German names would also be Yehuborim like surnames with "Stein" in it are not always Yehuborim. Yehuborim changed their names en mass and someone for example marry into a gentile family via a female Yehubor and still be considered full Yehuborim having changed the name.
