Hello. I am in need of resources on TCM, Ayurveda, or any holistic knowledge and practice on healing the physical body. Can anyone share their resources please? thanks in advance.

I get my information from many different sources, i generally don't keep those sources. There is one doctor that i watch on YT every now and then, most of the things he talks about can be seen as holistic medication. He is called Dr Eric Berg, don't take everything he says to heart, try to find other sources for the things you are looking for.

There are also books that might be interesting to you, take for example foraging books, The books i have (Written in Dutch so probably not relevant to you) also spend time to explain some of the health benefits.

I vouch for Dr Eric Berg as well. From all the health/doctor's channels on youtube that I have seen, Dr Eric Berg is the most right. He knows what he talks about, and he has the integrity to admit when he was wrong and correct himself when he has discovered new knowledge. He is not too different from us, always on the road to learn more and obtain more knowledge, and he shares it for free, which is admirable.

I have a very positive opinion on him.

For Ayurveda, I recommend the books by Dr. David Frawley. Books like Mantra Yoga and Primal Sound: Secret of Seed (Bija) Mantras,
Ayurvedic Astrology: Self-Healing Through the Stars, and
Yoga and Ayurveda: Self-Healing and Self-Realization.

All of his books are easy to find PDFs of them for free. On websites like www.libgen.is or www.libgen.ru Just search for his name in the search.

Are you sure? His eyes look really lifeless and weird. Also thanks for the suggestions

I believe he is human. But the scientologist cult has drained his body and soul until there is nearly nothing left. His eyes are looking lifeless because they are.

This cult does things like starving people, and keeping people awake for a week and not allowing them to sleep or even sit down. And doing these things repeatedly for many years. This is all to directly harm and remove the soul, the will, and the life force energy.
