Question #4233: A couple of problems when doing ritual

I was doing one of the rituals for the Gods and about halfway through, it became difficult for me to take breaths without being forced. I began to make not strong , but still efforts for each breath .

Also, along with this , I had a strange feeling of soft detachment , which slightly prevented me from continuing the ritual .

What reasons do you think there might be for this? While I was writing this , I remembered the words of High Priestess Pythia that you need to be careful with breathing , overdo it can lead to problems of varying severity. Are these things related in any way?

Your breathing became irregular and your mind informed you that it could not direct the energy correctly. Such things can happen. Try again when your mind is relaxed and clear.

Do things slowly, take your time to breathe properly. Do not rush it.

The warning was about pranayama. When you do the Ritual, take your time, to be calm, between each rune.

Try to manage the breath in the way that suits you best; you can try breathing less deeply, for example, when you vibrate the runes.
