Will the weight loss meditation (https://satanisgod.org/Weight_Loss.html) work without going into a trance state, albeit slower results?

I struggle to go into a trance. It'll take me a lot of practice.

Always practice even if it is for a short period of time
more you practice the better you will become even if it is difficult at first.

It will still work. You will still have to eat less and exericse more though, don't expect miracles.
