I feel like ants are crawling prickly and biting all over my body but there not there. Is it energy?

Possibly, could be a nerve disorder as well. If you can control its strength, direction, and intensity with your mind it is energy. Otherwise it may be very sensitive nerves or a nerve issue, such as a nerve impingement.
