Do animals have karma and/or reincarnate?

Like familiars, can you have the same one in multiple lifeforms and will they remember you? Do they have souls?

Yes, but I think you can also get a new familiar.

If you want an animal to live for a long time, then I recommend you to get a Raven, since an ordinary raven lives 65-75 years (according to official publicly available information), but according to history, fairy tales and legends, crows can live 100-300 years, it is fully possible that this is exactly the case and in the legends of European peoples we are talking about witch crows (familiars).
