I listened HP Pythia surya vibration ..It is super hard for me to even vibrate surya ...I am a beginner ..How do You vibrate it ..

You have to repeat exactly what you hear in the audio.

Try/listen several times until you can/understand.

- The S does not have to be hissed if you are having trouble with its vibration.
- Worrying about your pronunciation of vibrations and constantly trying to correct yourself will mess up the energies raised and its power.
- Personally, I always pronounce the S as in SSSSS-nake when vibrating runes and sanskrit mantras.

- Surya would be SSSSS-OO-RRR-YYEEE-AHH

***If one variation of a mantra works for you, then keep using that one.

Breath in and say in on exhale:
SSS-OO-OO-OO-OO - Soo as in "Soothing"
REEEEEEEEE - Re as in "Reach"
YAAAA - Ya as in "Yacht"
