I know this is a topic for “ well and healthiness”. But is it possible for using an affirmation for eating good food, but healthy for us. Like ; me and my family are eating good food, in a healthy and positive way” what runes are required for this purpose. Because all I see around me is fast food and it’s time consuming and tiring to cook.?

If you were to do such a working, it might inspire you to cook. There are quick and fast ideas, online or in cookbooks, and it is healthier. It used to be cheaper but with the rising cost of groceries it seems to be more expensive to buy groceries this past year.

If you are set on ordering, there are actually a lot of healthy options these days. Look online for your town/city and check the reviews and online menu.

You don't necessarily need runes, even energy such as perhaps green or when the basic white-gold. Your affirmation is fine.

We have to eat food almost every day of our lives. So our lives will be much better if we can make and eat good food every day instead of something that isn't good.

Yeah bro to be honest i would love to cook proper dinners.

If you are used to eating simpler foods, then it is not hard to make something healthy. Then, you can compensate for taste with seasonings, sauce, dressings, etc.

For example, steam a bag of mixed veggies, then add seasonings over top of it. This is much quicker than chopping and cleaning a bunch of fresh veggies and making a homemade sauce for them. Make it all in bulk, too.

Do you mean like increased discipline with diet? Then Nauthiz would do this.
If you mean in regards to learning, then Ansuz can be used to change behaviors through creativity and a degree of insight.

However, this might all be overkill. Just do some research on meals which are specifically healthy and easy to make. Also understand that your appetite for artificial and overstimulating tastes will relax as you move away from fast food, which naturally increases motivation to cook and eat healthy foods.

Well if you put it as simply as the water being boiled, i did ad some salt and pepper :lol:

toast and mackerel was another, limited in there although i was friends with the cooks.


Out here i just continued with the bland stuff, left the cooking to the wife as she didnt trust my expertise.

I will have a look as it seems exciting also good to eat healthy after gym.

The easiest way to cook is find spices that you like and put those on everything. Then whatever you make will taste like that and everything will taste good.

I wish I had a family like you.

I don't live near any of them though so I have to cook, instead of freeloading meals off them :lol: (I always cleaned the kitchen and washed dishes after to repay them, when I visited them.)

But it was nice growing up to have homemade family meals every day.
