Question #2203: vinpocetin(periwinkle extract) good for 3rd eye??

its a drug based on chemicals in periwinkle plant that increases blood flow to the brain is supposed to help with memory and alzheimers/dementia. FDA is trying to ban it. I noticed the plant has the same color as the 3rd eye chakra. Could this be something good for 3rd eye??
