Question #2185: why is there no no justice at all in this world

Hi ..I am actually an agnostic .Just reading and exploring all religions ..But one thing that bothers me is why is there NO NO justice at all in the world at all?Evil people are not at all punished and seem to be living well .WHY such a terrible thing ?
